I could stare at Budapest’s Parliament building all day but that would be selling the rest of Budapest short. The Parliament building is the crown jewel though. It was completed in 1904 after construction started in 1885 and the architect of the building sadly went blind before its completion. Unfortunately, we did not plan far enough in advance to actually go inside but there was plenty to see around the city.
